Scope of Services

• Lawn In Order Property Maintenance, LLC ("the Company") offers a range of landscaping services, including but not limited to: lawn care, garden design, shrub and hedge maintenance, sod installation, and snow removal.
• Specific services will be outlined in a detailed work order or contract agreed upon by the client and the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates for services are provided free of charge. All estimates are subject to change based on final project scope and materials.
• Pricing for services will be clearly outlined in the work order or contract.
• Payment terms will be established in the work order or contract, with options for deposits, installments, or payment in full upon completion.
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances, changes to the project scope, or rush orders. These will be discussed with the client in advance.

Project Execution

• The Company will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timeline outlined in the work order/contract. Delays due to weather, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of obstructions and safe for the Company's team to operate.

Client Satisfaction

• The Company is committed to providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• If the client is not satisfied with the work performed, they must notify the Company in writing within 24 to 48 hours of project completion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
